Boatability is expanding. We are looking for additional qualified instructors to work on a freelance basis to join our busy team. If you are qualified to instruct to RYA Powerboat level 2 or above please contact us with your details.
We have one or two positions available for apprentices too but the competition for these places is high but do get in an application if you are keen to develop a career in the marine industry.

Even if you are a complete novice or maybe just uncertain in some areas, you can also have the option to undertake our progressive training route from nothing to ICC; without the risk of damaging your own boat. Boatability Whatever your needs Boatability can tailor the training to suit your requirements. It could be that you're not sure if you need to do a course, or might just be a bit nervous? Then why not try our 30 minute 'try drive' . This way you get an insight to the course and staff and if you decide to undertake a course the fee will be refunded off the cost of the course. At Boatability we use proven progressive training techniques, which ensures training is delivered at an appropriate level. This process allows individuals to learn at a more relaxed and suitable pace.
