Imagine chartering and cruising the exciting and breathtaking waters of the Solent aboard your very own Gin Palace for the day.

CruiserStarting the day with breakfast and Bucks fizz on board, taking an enjoyable cruise down through Portsmouth Harbour, taking in the views of our very own Roman Castle at Portchester, then down along side our Royal Naval warships. You will also pass HMS Victory and HMS Warrior which are two of Portsmouth’s landmarks along with the Spinnaker Tower.

Once out into the Solent we will take you past Spitbank Fort which is located near where the Mary Rose was lifted, where the Buoy locating it is still in place. We will then have a leisurely cruise through the Solent, passing Osbourne House where Queen Victoria used to spend her summer vacations.

You will then have the choice on your charter of visiting Yarmouth, The River Beaulieu or Cowes where we will then stop for lunch, either on board where you will be served a buffet with drinks, or a recommended restaurant of our choice, or yours!

Down to the River Medina where we have the popular Folly Inn, which was known many years ago as having a barge moored alongside which was used to store illegal alcohol.

After lunch we can then anchor out of Osbourne Bay for a relaxing drink and canapés, where the brave can take a dip if they choose to do so, or to just sit and enjoy all the excitement of the Solent and all that it offers at a very reasonable and affordable cost.		 Cruiser - Console

    Here at Boatability we have a large but always expanding fleet and choice of luxury cruisers for you.

    Boatability can offer you a wide range of water based activities for individuals, families, or even groups of up to over 100. Ideally located within the Solent area, we have ready access to a variety of sea locations, including a number of historic sites!

    A luxury Cruiser charter can be combined with an accompanying fast RIB if you wish to add an element of andrenalin rush for the day. Of course you may just prefer sipping champagne whilst sitting on the Fly bridge watching the sunset over the Solent.

    Whether it's a corporate outing by boat, a hen or stag do, a bit of boat / marine photography, or just an exhilarating boat trip in the Solent we will endeavour to meet your requirements. All our maritime packages utilise boats of exceptional capability, all of which are coded to Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) specifications.

    In addition, all boats are helmed by highly experienced and knowledgeable Skippers. This combination ensures both your safety and enjoyment during a thrill-packed day on the water.

    RIB Charter is available from Boatability. We have a wide range of RIB's available for Charter. Normally these are skippered charters as the boats are extremely powerful and require skilled handling.

    Our skippers are all extremely experienced and commercially qualified. Your RIB Charter will be thrilling and very exciting.

    Powerboat Charters are available from Boatability. Amongst our extensive fleet of charter boats  we have specially converted 23ft Dories for charter that can take up to 8 people on the boat (including skipper) they are fast planing boats with 90 hp engines. Skippered or bareboat charter (subject to qualifications) are available for these boats.

    The Dories are well suited for people with special needs too. They have wheelchair access and are tri hulled and very stable.

    Of course you may prefer a little more excitment in the form of a fast twin engined RIB to try some wave jumping. Alternatively it may be a champagne cruise as sunset is more appropriate. Many of our customers mix and match their charters with a number of different types of charter boat so they can have a wide range of fun during thier powerboat charter.

    Boat charters can be arranged for any event you have in mind. Parties for birthdays, anniversarys, days out, corporate days or team building. One thing is sure - you're going to enjoy yourselves!

    Other boats for skippered charter include fast Ribs, workboats, fishing boats, cruisers and "even" some sail boats (well we are a powerboat training center....)
